Weeks 1–2

Assessment & Foundation

Your program begins with an in-depth initial consultation including body composition analysis and a full Functional Movement Screen. Your custom strength program and nutrition plan are built from real data, not assumptions.

My approach is structured, private, and outcome-focused. I don’t run bootcamps or group classes. I work with a small number of serious men who want to build real strength, protect their long-term health, and perform at the level their work and family demand.
